Jenn loves to have the opportunity to share her journey and passion for helping others develop a positive relationship with food, exercise, and their bodies. Her own experiences with body image struggles, unhealthy relationships with food and exercise, and the pursuit of an empowered lifestyle have shaped her into the trainer she is today.
For years, Jenn battled with negative body image and constantly felt at odds with her own reflection. Especially after having children. The comparison trap and social media weighed heavily on her, leading to unhealthy habits and damaging beliefs about her self-worth. However, through her personal struggles and growth, she discovered the transformative power of embracing self love and celebrating what her body can do, and what it has done for her.
In her quest for self-acceptance, she recognized the importance of nourishing not only her body but also her mind and spirit. This realization led her to explore the connection between mental health and physical well-being. Exercise, when approached with a healthy mindset, has a profound impact on overall mental well-being. It becomes a source of empowerment. Jenn realized she was strong, and her own amazing person. She knew she wanted to help others feel this way too. So in 2019 she decided to obtain her personal training certification. Her calling is to help others.
Witnessing the impact of her own transformation, mentally and physically she is determined to help others embrace an active and healthy lifestyle in a positive way. She shifts the focus from punishment to celebration, from body-shaming to body love. Through patience, education, and leading by example, she can successfully convey the importance of nourishing our bodies, loving ourselves, and cherishing the incredible things our bodies are capable of.
She is committed to helping her clients develop a positive relationship with food and exercise, empowering them to love their bodies exactly where they are and celebrate their unique strengths. By emphasizing a healthy - almost stress free approach to well-being, She strives to address the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of health, understanding that true wellness encompasses much more than just appearance.
She creates a safe space for her clients to explore their own journey towards self-acceptance and empowerment. Through personalized guidance, education, and practical tools, she assists her clients in embracing a sustainable and enjoyable lifestyle that aligns with their unique needs, values, and personal goals.
Jenn is a certified Personal Trainer through (CPTN), certified Pre and Postnatal Fitness Coach (CPPC), a Level 1 Nutrition Coach through Precision Nutrition (PN1) and a certified Fascial Posture Training Specialist.
