Full Body Strength with Jenn
Full Body Strength is a full body workout to help you look toned and feel stronger!
This class is low impact but we focus on building up your strength. We will challenge limiting beliefs of what we think we can do vs. what we can actually do. Getting strong and building muscle is what give you that "toned" look and also helps with building up your bone density. Join me in getting stronger and looking and feeling your best!

Cardio HIIT with Melissa
Looking for a fun, challenging workout that will push you to your limits? Join us at Small Town Fitness for our Cardio HIIT class with Melissa! In this high-intensity class, you'll get your heart rate up while working your entire body through a series of cardio and strength exercises. Melissa is an experienced and enthusiastic instructor who will motivate you to give it your all. Bootcamp with Jenn

We believe that fitness should be accessible and enjoyable for everyone. Zumba classes, are a favorite among many. Booty Sculpt with Jenn
Booty Sculpt is focused on building glute strength, which is essential for achieving a more toned, lifted, and sculpted booty. Strong glute muscles are essential to lower back health as they assist with pelvic, hip and trunk motions. They also are responsible in helping distribute overall load throughout your lower extremities and assist in good posture. Plus who doesn't love a strong, toned booty?! It is a low cardio class, focusing on strengthening glutes.

Arms & Abs with Melissa
Join Melissa at Small Town Fitness for the ultimate Arms & Ab workout. Whether you’re looking to build muscle tone or simply tone your abs, this session is sure to challenge you and provide tangible results. Our Friday morning classes are a great way to start your day with a big boost of energy and positivity. No matter your fitness level or goals, we’re here to help you achieve them.

Socacize with Danielle
Socacize is an Afro-Caribbean dance fitness class that is broken down into four sections: Bacchanal Warm-up, Cardio Soca Jam, Wine & Tone, and Groovy Stretch. We will have fun dancing to music like soca, afrobeats, calypso, chutney, zouk, reggae, salsa, dancehall, and even drum music! A one hour fitness class can burn up to 1000 calories. Our main goal is for all of our revellers to experience the power of dance and leave class feeling sexy, sultry, and strong! Socacize is not just a dance fitness class. It’s time spent loving yourself, your body, and your mind exactly as you are.
